Hi Nikoleta,
Thank you for sharing your experience and I’m sorry you even had to go through all of that. I’m in a similar situation and wanted to ask were the questions you asked more about your marriage to your ex or they were also about your life since after you and your ex divorced? Also what was the outcome of your interview (I’m praying you were successful and got your well deserved PR)?

Any information you can share will be most helpful to us all and is much appreciated.
Thank you!

You ought to have been in.employment from 2017 to now, or have CSI for the period you claim to have sufficient resources.

Hi @Obie, I have a question similar to that u replied. What if in d case whereby home office asked one no to work due to investigation if marriage was of convience. My timeline
Married January 2013
Got RC. June 2013
Passport taken for investigation February 2016 .
Ex hubsband filed divorce 2016 March .
Decree absolute August 2016.
My passport was returned over a year later.Septembet 2017
Started working immediately and applied for retained right of residence in December 2017.
I was refused in March 2018 because I was not able to provide,ex husband’s Original ID and proof of working and my proof of working which I put all of it. The only gap was when I was asked not to work. In which I put a cover letter . I appealed and went to court case was Adjourned in August,so the home office can get my EX’s Proof of working from HMRC . Finally I won d case , my question now is when can I apply for PR as my marriage(though divorced) is more than five years and home office has got proof of him excercing treaty right in the uk even after divorce? . I am concerned due to the brexit and most law changes in March. Anyone got idea please let me know ?
Thank you
