planning to apply for tier 1 enterpreneur visa

Post by wani61 » Tue Jun 12, 2018 7:47 pm

I am planning to apply for UK Teir 1 entrapranour visa. I have few questions.

1. In case if I won't be able to stay 180 days in UK for first 3 years, can I get the extension if yes then how many extensions I can take max and what are the conditions for taking extensions.

2. Will my dependents get ILR after 5 years if they stay outside UK for 5years just they will come UK each year for 30 days only.

3. Is it necessary that main applicant should stay in UK then only the dependents will get ILR

I will appreciate if you could help me with these queries.

Yes, extension has no UK stay conditions. And you can extend as many times as you want to.
Read the guidance https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... trepreneur for conditions for extension

Of course. Main applicant needs to get ILR before dependants can
