HI,
I have applied for a EEA Family Permit as an unmarried partner of my Fiance. My Finace is an EEA Citizien and has been in the UK since March, he is working and is planning for myself and our 1 year old daughter to come move over. I am not an EEA citizen, but both my daughter and fiance hold EEA citizenship.
I am worried that my VISA will be rejected based on the fact that we have not been living together for 2 years as this rule seems to be set in stone.
Based on the fact that my daughter holds EEA citizenship will it be likely to be considered by overlooking the 2 years living together rule?
I have things like life insurance papers and power of attorney with my name on to prove our relationship.
Thank you.
