Hi ! I came to Uk in 23.4.08 as a student, having four years of study visa. Then I got married with a European girl in 2010 and got 5 year EEA dependent visa. Marriage broke up and we got separated after 3 years, and got divorce in 2015. I applied for visa through lawyers, home office took one year and refused the visa but given the right to appeal, which I appeal and it’s still in courts. I have been given a date of 11 Jan 18 to appear in courts which is adjourned by the courts and another long date given. In the meanwhile it’s neen 10 years I’m in Uk. I never overstayed or stayed out of Uk for more then a week. I’m confused ... am I eligible to apply for 10 years .. plz any suggestions ???
