Tier 2 gen shortage dependent visa

Hi,

I need help Im a little bit confused what to choose in which type of visa I need to apply for my husband and baby. Im working at NHS with 3 yrs visa. I just came here 3 months ago.

Do I need to select work--->tier 2 gen shortage occupation--->gen shortage occupation child or partner up to 3 yrs?

Does my husband need police clearance cert and IELTS?

Finally, do I need to maintain certain amount of money in my account or my husband's bank statement can also be submitted along with my statement?
