PrettyWoman . I got my residence card and the a cheque from the home office to refund the £130 payment that was taken after rejecting my first application . I’m so happy that things went well and very quick than I expected .

Do not worry Gosia. Because you received the biometric letter that means that your application was accepted for further step for the final decision . It won’t take time as many applicants I know got their BRP within three months. Wish you all the best

Thank you so much for your kind, only what am worried for is just because I still also have a pending appeal understanding with the court regarding my previous application which was refused by the home office.

Hey I am happy to hear that it all worked out for you. I am going through a tough time as my husband has become physically abusive and it started when I was waiting for my card. He has gotten worse now. so I have been down a bit. Hoping to go back home soon.
Congratulations!!!!!!!!

Gosia don’t worry about the passport. I did attend my national insurance number without it as well . All I had is a certified copy from the home office where they scanned my first page and print it then stamped and signed that : this is a certified copy of the passport ******** and they put Ref Number. If you don’t have that copy try to contact them and see if you can have it. Another thing. You can use any other ID from your country . Not necessarily a passport.

PrettyWoman . Oh my god I knew something went wrong during your absence . I really hope you’re doing well ! Take it easy with your husband . Things will get better. I really wish that you are safe. Just take it easy with him and show him love and respect. But if things don’t change you should move on . You’re the priority of yourself not him . I’ll keep you in my prayers.
