I am working in a IT company they are ready to give sponsor visa to me , when they are trying to assign the COS problem occurred "please note, an unassigned CoS for this migrant may exist. this will not prevent you from assigning this CoS." what is the process next please advice me because my visa going to expire on July 2nd 2018.

my employer called to Home office, then they said email. and my employer emailed to home office on friday(15/06/2018) still they haven't receive any reply from home office. can i know any one faced same issue please let me know. how long home office take it time to reply. Thanks

I am on Tier 4 student visa, yes i am working the company who is going to sponsor the CoS.

Yes, they have tried to assign the CoS, then they got the problem. i have mentioned problem in the my first message.

they have called already on Friday, and sent mail also. i am asking how long take it time to reply home office. or we need to call again?

Hi, have you received any response? My employer got the same message when they try to assign an unrestricted certificate for a colleague. The colleague has not applied for any job with another employer. Does a certificate allocation request assigns it automatically to an employee for whom it was initially requested as part of an annual certificate?
