TIER 2 dependent VISA for spouse of ILR candidate(Route Tier 2)

Hi

Can you please assist?

My wife is in the process of extending her Tier 2 PBS Dependent visa.She will require an extension of 7 months to be eligible for ILR.

1. Whats the minimum extension possible?

2. I have partially completed the online application process.The online system is calculation IHS surcharge based on my ILR expiry date totaling to £1300.Is this correct?

1. It is a 3 year extension. You cannot apply for a lesser period.

2. IHS will be £600. Put your ILR date 3 years in advance.
