HI all

Just spoke to someone who informed me the spoke to citizenship department yesterday on phone and got informed the earliest there will now be a ceremony will be February 2019. :(

Does anyone know if this is true.

They said they were planning on one for November end but due to issues with venue they will be postponing till Feb.

I really hope not. As that again means waiting for decisions for another few months. If anyone has any more info then please let us know so we can stop stressing :( :( :( :(

Thanks

There is nothing we can do....the way they are treating people on the basis of a word “privilege” is actually a way for them not be held legally accountable. Otherwise even the most serious criminals going through justice system are given opportunities to defend and to ask questions and re-trials. Anyhow let’s hope for a better and quick response for everyone

Hi abele,

I applied Sep 2017 and received second stage letter when i submitted 10 years stamp4.

To be honest I wouldn't belive on stages, I know many of them they received 2nd stages with their passport returnd, and still on process for 3 years.

Sure look they can't send approvals and ask for gnib in August (I received mine) and then schedule a ceremony for February (almost 6 months gap)

Well based on the hearsay here for 26/11 ceremony and second stage letter received 03/06, I booked flight to Killarney, hotel and car hire just in case. Fingers crossed, can cancel car and hotel if it doesn’t work out.

Approval received today Paddy_Leprechaun! Now all I need is that ceremony to happen!
