I understand for new entrant you can't do initial visa for more than 2 or 3 years. For ILR after 5 years you will still need the 36k

I am currently on Second years Tier 5 temporary working visa ( consist 2 separate visa application), regarding initial CoS visa as a new entrant, am I just eligible for another 1 year? or Tier 5 temporary visa doesn't count in. I'm confused after read the paragraph below.

'In all of the cases, the applicant must also not be applying to extend their stay
under Tier 2 (including the previous work permit category) beyond 3 years and 1
month.

Tier 5 is not the same as tier 2 or the previous work permit visa

Hello i am not sure if code 3121 falls in RQF Level 6. sorry i am not sure if you can secure tier 2 visa if you below to level 6. you need to read the tier 2 guide lines and again to make sure.

I missed that (problems accessing documents when using mobile phone).

3121 is a NQF Level 4 correct and only certain applicants qualify for it, page 8 in link below. 3121 is also not on the shortage occupation list in Appendix K.

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... l_2015.pdf
Table 3: Occupations skilled to NQF level 4
Tier 2 applicants can only be sponsored for jobs in these occupations if:
 the applicant is a Croatian national, or
 the job appears on the Shortage Occupation List, or
 the job is in one of the creative sector occupations marked “(Creative)”, or
 the applicant is currently in the UK under Tier 2, and has been in Tier 2 since before the changes
made on 14 June 2012 came into force, or
 the applicant is currently in the UK under an old immigration category that was replaced by Tier
2, such as work permit holders.
