Hello,

I have a few queries

Most of my bills are paperless and come online. Even for council tax, we have online account. TV, internet, utility bills, TV license all are online bills. Will it be okay to print them off and send as proof of cohabitation?

Some bills are by my name and some by my spouse's name, is this fine as well?

I am post 6th April 2014 Tier 1 Entrepreneur category.

Jobs created 2 for which I got the extension. One of the jobs is still continuing and the second ended. Created another job in Oct 2017. Is this alright to have one previous and one new job to claim points for?

Please check the details of Jobs creation and please guide if both jobs have covered 12 months period after extension (Sept 2017)

Yes, council tax for the year 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 are with both names. Tenancy agreement from May 2018/19 and From May 2019/2020 will be by both names as well. Hopefully, that will be fine as proofs.

Tier 1 Entreprenuer granted on 30th April 2014. Spouse and kids were already in UK so they applied once I reach UK and received their's on June 2014.

Extension granted on 4th September 2017 to me and my 3 dependents.

Will be applying for ILR in May this year.

You need 2 FT jobs that have existed 12 months each after extension. You can only claim for jobs after extension. Employees can come and go as long as the job has existed for 12 months each. It does not have to be continuous but AFTER extension only

I was working on job creation table and wanted to know if I need to fill in the details of the employee who was being hired for the job I am seeking point for but will not be claiming points for one of the employee. He only worked for 15 days. Do I enter his details in the table as well and send his documents along with other employees?

Yes, I totally understand this point. The thing is I don't understand how to calculate the hours worked.

For example:

Employee A has worked for Job 1 from 02/08/2018 till 29/03/2019

worked for 32 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

Is there any formula to calculate the hours worked?
If I take it like 28 weeks + 6 days worked then I get 934.4 hours worked.

If I calculate it using general mathematics that there are 52 weeks per year. So 1 month will have 4.33 weeks. So Employee A worked for 8 months (August till March)

8 months * 4.33 = 34.64 weeks
34.64 weeks * 32 hours per weeks = 1108.48 hours

So I am getting 2 different results. I am really confused here.

Can you please guide me which method to choose? Or how to work it out for this Employee A so I can figure out for rest of the employees.

Always remember that the number of weeks in the months are not the same depending on the year in question for instance

August 18 is 4 weeks 2days for you
September is exactly 4 weeks
October is 4weeks 3 days
November is 4 weeks 2 days
December is 4 weeks 1 day
January 19 is 4 weeks 3days
February is 4 weeks
March is 4 weeks 1 days

This will be 34 weeks 2 days.

When I discovered this I just stuck to paying monthly and decided to give 13 months payslips and other documents, this way any lapse can be covered.

I will suggest that you simply send payslips for minimum 12 months for each of the roles you created, that will cover the 1560 required for each job

If I calculate it using general mathematics that there are 52 weeks per year. So 1 month will have 4.33 weeks. So Employee A worked for 8 months (August till March)

8 months * 4.33 = 34.64 weeks
34.64 weeks * 32 hours per weeks = 1108.48 hours
How do you pay your employees? Weekly or monhly? What does your salary slips show? How many number of hours (if any) or payment?
I pay them monthly. I have attached one for reference

That was an example and ur confusing the issue.
National minimum wage of each period should be applied according to employee AGE and Year! The bulk of job creation is before April 2019 and only one employee has worked till 2nd April 2019.

Hi,

Now I get it! So I will divide the payslip salary amount before taxes with the per hour rate I have paid and will get the no of hours for all employees.

I created one new full time job (32 hours/week) after extension
I have one continued full time job (32 hours/week) created since 01/07/2015.

So will be claiming points for both full time jobs as I am from post April criteria.
