Working for a USA Company while in the UK on a Tier 5Charity Worker Visa

Post by Rexer » Mon Jul 02, 2018 10:57 am

So I volunteer in the UK doing youth/community work and volunteer projects, on the Tier 5 Charity Worker Visa. However, when in the states I work for a company who is offering me part time work to me while I am in the UK on my visa. This would be 100% computer work and phone calls supporting the office on projects happening in the USA.

My question is, because this is not a UK job or UK contracted work but remote office work on US projects and contracts, does it go against the Tier 5 "You can’t: receive any payment for work" statement or exist outside of that statement since it is not a UK job?
