FLR-APPT DATE

Hi all please let me know if i have posted in the wrong category.

My partners initial spouse visa express 4th September so could i book a premium appointment for 14 August?

He can apply for his extension at any point once he has 2.5 years residence.

Is there a specefic order you have to put the FLR M application paperwork in? Is there any guidance on how they want the paperwork ordered for a premium appt?
