TIER 2 DEPENDENT CHILD VISA APPLICATION requirement

Hi members,
I am holding a tier 2 general visa
Now I wish to apply for the visa my child, can you please provide list of documents required for the application,
specially from my employer
1. Is copy of cos sufficient or do I need to submit my salary slips
2. Will a support letter for the application (not maintenance) be required from my employer

My documents
My passport visa, BRP copies (self attested)
My spouse's passport, UK visa, BRP copies (self attested)
My current rental agreement (its not original but scan signed by the landlord); will an original 1 month utility bill (energy bill) on my name suffice in lieu of the original rental agreement- My house being 2 bedroom.
My consent letter as the main holder TO APPLY for the dependent visa application ?

Applicant's documents
Original passport
Birth certificate
TB Test certificate
Maintenance proof (Will attach mine and my spouse's original bank documents as evidence)

Did I miss anything??

The following documents are required:

* Valid Passport (Applicant's)
* Two Passport size photos.
* Maintenance Proof
* Birth Certificate


*UKVI will verify "your(main T2 visa holder)" details by the information provided in the form, where you have to enter BRP number and Sponsor's license number.

No other documents are required, once you complete the online form it will give you the checklist to verify.
