Tier 2 PBS Dependant Extension

I received my ILR in July2017 through 5 year route under Tier 2 Shortage occupation,
my wife's PBS dependant visa is expiring in August 2018
My previous Tier 2 visa has already expired.

I was trying to extend my wife's visa.
But I am confused in answering a few questions in the online form.
Probably you could help me

First Question:
"You're joining or remaining with this person in the UK
Visa expiry date: should I put my ILR expiry date or previous Tier 2 expiry date?"

Second question is :
My sponsor met the maintenance funds for my spouse during my last Tier 2 application.
Do I have to evidence maintenance funds when I apply for my wife's extension now?
