Yes, that is what it is. It won't change during the term of my employment, and it would have been offered to a local.

Ok so u had 59 points then .. but how come you did not go through when 55 and 50 was the cut off in previous months , since when have u been applying
55 points
£55,000 – £59,999.99 : 35 points

No +20 for rlmt .. ok 55 points not 59 but still 55 went through I quite a few months
They only joined last month so probably tried for May? Maybe their salary got increased? Who knows :?

Both, I would assume they're pretty simultaneous. If you're 60+ and still waiting it's fine, seems as though case workers get different piles each to sort through. If your application is valid, you'll get your approval soon. Have you asked your sponsor?

Thank you so so much. My lawyer does not have access to the SMS system until next week since she is out. She however has not received any emails as of yet!! She told me she will check her email early next week.

Thats why I was wondering whether to panic or sit tight!!.

Looks this month is 50 so far; more chances for the people who are less than 35 in Aug only when it's going down to 45 in this month as there are more rejections on 46.

They are refering to the points you need to apply for your Visa. This thread is about the points the company needs to get thier RCOS authorized

Seems like an inconvenient time to go on vacation... Your employer would be able to see too, but you're honestly probably fine :)

Yes! There is an option when they apply for the certificate, they just need to check the option. Otherwise they can provide you a letter confirming this and you can attach to your application

That’s great news. If this is correct then 35 points is low and offers a lot of encouragement to all. Please confirm your salary (hoping you’ve calculated points correctly).

Congratulations mate.
Points dropping this much and results coming out on Day 1, is more shocking than England's exit from the World Cup.

So far, 6 people @ 50 points have reported getting approved! Gives me hope that there is light at the end of tunnel I have been in, for last 8 months. Waiting to hear from my employer!

I just got word that mine was approved!

I don't know how many points I have. 40k base, plus 19k in allowances (some people said the allowances didn't count toward points, so either they count, or 40k is going through this month).

Best of luck to you all 8) :P
Congratulations! Now you can drop 'Anxious' from the username.
