Hi guys,
I've 33 points and my employer will be applying for August too. But any of you think that is there a chance to get approved in August with 33 points. Because if August wouldn't be successful, they won't reapply again in September.
Nobody can tell you this but yes it all depends in the no of applications with higher points next month it might go to 40 next month or it might go to 45 or 44. But there are chances of 33 being getting cleared just hope for the best.

So, we can say that August is difficult with 33 points but in September it seems like %99 percent to get approved.

I was notified by my employer late last night that I was approved at 55 points non-nhs, non-sol!!! Woman in HR was even surprised as the email came through from HO at 8 pm UK time - might be working late to get through all the applications this month!
Best of luck to everyone else still waiting and thanks again for the help and sense of community throughout this most stressful process!

Hi,
I’m a doctor at NHS waiting for my CoS.
Upon asking the Overseas sponsorship team for an update on my CoS I got an automatic mail saying ‘Only for doctors who are awaiting a decision on ther RCOS application, please note that from 6th July 2018 we are able to issue your CoS. You will then need to return to your home country to apply for your Tier 2 visa. We will be processing the applications we have received as soon as we can.’
I don’t understand if they are able to issue the certificates then why haven’t they?
Are we still gonna get the reply form Home office or from the sponsorship team?
I am already in my home country waiting for my COS then what does that statement imply?

That means its clear now that this month cut-off will be 50 Points.
Approvals will usually come in 1-2 days after HO meeting. After that will be just refusals.

Are you a milkround candidate, because only a milkround candidate can score 48 points?

Hello guys, NHS Doctor ,52k, non SOL, just got my COS. Quick question though, noticed the part for maintenance was ticked “N”, does this mean I’ll need to show £950 in my account for three months each to apply for a tier 2 and dependent visa for my wife?

He did say, in his earlier posts, he has core and flexible allowances. So I reckon his points are more than that.

S/He has 30 points as s/he graduated from UK+ 18 for his salary (~38K annually). Its called Milkround, where the recruiter goes to at least 3 UK universities to recruit students.

Does 50K salary - non-SOL, non-PHD and non- NHS total upto 50 points assuming valid RLMT?

yes, section 29.18
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... l_v1.0.pdf
Assuming your salary 50K is all guaranteed and does not have any one time benefits or medical.

Kindly revert back once you see message.

Looks like cut-off will be 46 points, as the applicants between 49 and 46 points are too less and they can be accommodated by borrowing upto 100 certificates from next month, if not enough available. Looking at the FOI information, there will be around 500 applicants at 45 points which may be difficult, but they will go through next month for sure. Next month, I assume cut-off may drop down to 40.

A candidate (ankur1234) has already received an approval @ 45 points!
