Dear All
Hope you can guide me in right direction
I am applying for ILR 10yr Route on 30th July same day application. Do I need to specifically focus on T1 E documents since my current status is T1E or overall 10yrs.
My solicitor suggested to take it as T1 Extension and prepare accordingly however I might not have fully qualified documents. I am mostly OK but just in case. Does anybody have experience or recent application on same day ILR process please?
Many thanks in advance

From the posts of previous applicant's in this forum, yes, they do ask for T1E documents. Also, appears that many of the T1E holders do not get the decision on the same day.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

On a Positive note,
Please see below a success story of a Member from same category. In my opinion it depends on individual immigration records and also if you have all the documents related to your business including Job creation it should be easy.

"Hi Guys
Wanna share my story, it might give a little inner satisfaction to some people, specially for those who are in a similar situation and route.
ILR on the basis of LR (long Residence) from Tier 1 Entrepreneurs
I got extension in mid of 2017.
Now applied ILR on the basis of Long residence
Same day service
At Solihull
Appointment time- 9:30 - But went in at 8:45
Token, registration and fingure prints took 45 mins
But at the same time one lady asked me to fill up a quastionare.
She asked me to wait outside of the building for our call, it might take two to three hours to decide ur case.
I came out at 9:40 after initial procedure.
CW called me at 11:00 and asked me business bank statement.
I have all business documents till that date in case if they ask anything.
I went in the centre within five mins and handed over bank statement to reception people.
I asked a lady shall I go out or stay in
She said stay in if in case CW needs to speak to u.
I sat at waiting area and after less than five mins reception lady called my token no and she handed over my documents with approval letter.
I think CW already have prepared my approval letter etc
I gave my business bank statement only for recent six months.
Actually CW wanted to see business activity till that date.
I already had provided current appointment report with my application.
List of docs
App form
All Passports
2x photos
Life in Uk test
Degree
Current app report
That's all
Set LR is so easy and simple case
No need to prepare pile of documents and so much other stuff
My case was so straight forward
As no abense more than 80 days in a year
no any refusal in these ten years
This forum is so helpful for immigrants
Some people are so helpful and full of immigration knowledge at this forum
God bless them
Thanks"

That’s good to know, just wondering if I am allowed to show documents on my healthy business which is doing better than Visa related business? Eventually I completed my 10yrs legally and I thought focus should have been on 10yrs rather than business alone? Am I missing something

For the actual application, you need absolute minimum documents. And that is all you need to submit with your application.
The rest is something you should have at hand in case you are asked.
Personally, I would always give as minimum documents as I can. So, if the ask for accounts of all your businesses, you give them.

Best advice anyone can give, Its a blessing that few people like Marcnath, Zimba and CR001 always try to help everyone.

PSCs now refuse to accept your application when you have a pending application already
