Submitted on documents on the 4th of December 2020
Did my biometrics on the 5th of December and was granted my Ilr on the 9th of February.thank you anyways .I hope you get yours soon.xx

Hi all, I`ve got my DV ILR being granted today, couldn`t be happier! I sent my online application on 23/12/2020 and submitted the supportive documents on 15/01/2021.

My lawyer submitted the documents which were police reports for two different incidents with no further action of course, a letter from the refuge worker confirms that they referred me to the MARAC and also I live there, another letter from the DV outreach worker and a non-molestation order without fact finding.
I really hope you get your ILR soon as it is very stressful.

My visa application submitted:
31st March
Biometrics done: 14th April

My ddv expired on 27th of April. I have not yet received any answer from homeoffice however I got my last universal credit payment on 6th of May. I am very worried about my visa. Is getting uc even after ddv expired means my ilr has been granted?

Hiya, Don`t worry about the UC. As long as you have submitted your online visa application before your three months visa expires, is is not overstayed and also you are entitled for housing benefit and UC. You should only let UC know about the fact that you have applied for DV ILR, they may check your situation with the home office though. Hope this would be helpful.
