anto2024 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2024 7:19 pmHi people,
I had a positive outcome and I am glad to share with you guys my journey.
Application: 15 NOV 2023
Email HO: 21 MAR 204
My case was quite complex because I had a mental health crisis because of the abuse of my ex. As I had people around me taking care and doctors I asked to everyone I was in touch with a supporting letter.
List of docs provided:
Galop ( Domestic Abuse Institution ) supporting letter
GP supporting letter
Hospital doctor supporting letter
care coodinator supporting letter
previous care coordinator supporting letter
Specialist doctor supporting letter
referral to community mental health services
not fit to work note
print screen of messages showing the abuse
emails dealing with domestic abuse ( financial abuse )
undertaking
previous spouse visa cancelled HO letter
exemption of visa fee HO letter ( fee waiver )
Visa out of rules granted for 3 months
during the application I manage to have another report from Galop ( As the previous one did not mention the financial abuse ) referring tho the financial abuse and sent to the HO as well the email with the institution dealing with the financial matter
Hi did you apply for it separately as well?Razaali123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2024 12:34 amHi Justtme29 I think for fee waver it's separate application.
Okay thank you for replying but with me when I did my application the fee waiver was included in the application and they asked me to give evidence of destitution and they gave me payment reference number even if I didn’t pay. And I read this on solicitors websites as well that the fee waiver is included in Ilr application. But I think you can do it separately as well and this is what other people do.Razaali123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2024 11:32 amHi to be honestly I don't know my solicitor did it but I saw in my application the fee waver reference number plus I here from someone the fee waiver application is separate wich you have to apply before you're dv application
Hi I applied by myself because the solicitor was taking so long and I didn't want to wait so I did it by myself.Razaali123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2024 1:25 pmHi Justtme29 you are right mine is same aswell like in my application I see the payment reference number my solicitor put.
Did you submit yours application or youre solicitor?
Hi I applied without the police report I just gave the incidents number because the investigation was still going on and now I just applied for police report and they said that it will take 1 month to be ready.Razaali123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2024 2:10 pmHi Justtme29 The time you applied was youre police case under investigation or closed if closed did police case worker give you report same time or did you apply separately for your police disclosure. and what was police said on the report with no further action
Yes you need to tell police about what they are doing. You need to go on your city police website ( the city where you reported the incident) and look for "request information about my self". I requested it from my city police Website.Razaali123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2024 10:15 pmSame as mine was on going investigating but know I received message from them that case is closed with no further action after 4 mounth.
And I was also got temporary non molestation order for 3 mounth court give me date for final hearing in next month because other partie want to contest hope everything will be OK and the other partie tray to reached to my witnesses home last night to stop them to not go to court as a witness I don't know I should tell police or not because thay seconds time breached the order.
And can you please give me the link where you apply for police disclosure thanks
Destitute person don’t need to pay he’s exempt from home office feeRazaali123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2024 12:34 amHi Justtme29 I think for fee waver it's separate application.
It is still a separate application to the ILR DV application. You need fee waiver approval first before you can apply for SET(DV).Samvicky wrote: ↑Thu Mar 28, 2024 8:24 pmDestitute person don’t need to pay he’s exempt from home office feeRazaali123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 26, 2024 12:34 amHi Justtme29 I think for fee waver it's separate application.
Hello are you sure about this information because on solicitors website it says you apply and give evidence of destitution because when you do the application online you get questions about fees and destitution and then you get a payment reference number included in the application.CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 28, 2024 8:26 pmIt is still a separate application to the ILR DV application. If you apply DDV concession then you don’t need to apply fee waiver but if you direct applying ILR then you need fee waiver firstJusttmee29 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 28, 2024 8:49 pmHello are you sure about this information because on solicitors website it says you apply and give evidence of destitution because when you do the application online you get questions about fees and destitution and then you get a payment reference number included in the application.CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 28, 2024 8:26 pmIt is still a separate application to the ILR DV application.
