Returning passports

HI

We applied for my daughters EEA family permit in Madrid on 26 June. Biometrics were taken etc.

Got an email confirming the application was received. We paid for priority service hoping the decision will be made within 15 days - nothing to date.

I called the paid number of UKVI - was told the decision has been made (19 July) but to date there is no confirmation of this and documents have not been returned.

How are documents/passports sent back to Madrid? Is there a tracking number we can check?
