Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately when I look at the page for available bookings, I don't see the status as paid. Unless you mean try at midnight when there are available bookings? What time did you book for Belfast today? I have emailed and called and still waiting for a response from them...

I would say u would have to email for refund if you dont have the payment reference email.

There is an ongoing issue, where after u book the slot and going through payment (all within the 10minute time slot) and yet they will still not hold your slot and claim that u took too long. But you should have received an email stating that your payment was successful with a payment reference as stated - just without a booking confirmation for the appointment time slot.

Unfortunately you would have to stay up again and try to rebook the appointment, plus side is you wont have to go through payment page again so it should be fairly quick, just a matter of clicking the time slot and hit continue and wait for the confirmation page as they system will note that you have already paid and wont need to be redirected to payment page.

Thank you for your reply! I plan on staying up til midnight to try and rebook...But now I can't seem to log back in, I get the message 'Page cannot be displayed-try again in a few minutes'. It has been like this for the past hour. Is it a website issue- is anyone else getting this message or is it just me?

Website is down for me as well.

Just with a pinch of luck , you'll get there =)! took me around 5 consecutive night as well, only advise i can say is refresh the page around 5-10 seconds prior to 00:00, It will start to lag / freeze then. and normally can load the time slots / date slots.

once loaded, i din bother with choosing dates, just go for the first date available displayed. so for tonight it will mot likely be the 26th sept. should give u the full time slots availability.

Has anyone had any success tonight?? I managed to pick a time slot and press save but of course it crashes on the next page... And I know that once that it gets to 00:30AM and I still haven't got an appointment then it means I most likely won't get one. I am ripping my hair out.

When I successfully booked mine I was able to go back and forth multiple times from choosing my PSC and date without it getting unstable or throwing any errors. In the end I booked my appointment without issues at about 2am on Sunday and there were still plenty of bookings available.

So I managed to book one around noon today! There were suddenly many appointments released for Croydon, but I had to pay with my boyfriend's credit card to pay for the booking. I have to request a refund for the £3074 they took out of my account and I heard it can take up to 4 weeks for a refund...great. They are so slow with these things. But I'm happy today that I managed to get an appointment finally, and good luck to everyone else!

I was also looking at midday but discuss see any and and can’t see any till now after 20 days searching almost 15 hours a day last i saw dates but when clicked showed loading.... for slots kept on loading for an hour but nothing happened. So frustrating and I don’t know if this is uk ot 3rd world country the way we have to struggle even paying £3000 for what it does not even cost then £300. Such a shame

I was looking for over a week, and today was the first time I saw any appointments available during the day! I think a lot of it is luck, looking at the right time, and also having fast internet. When I was trying to book at midnights, I did it on from multiple tabs on my laptop, my phone and my ipad- I don't know if this was helpful to me or not, because today I just randomly looked from just my laptop around noon and there were several appointments for Croydon. But I really hope you get an appointment soon!

A fast internet connection has limited impact on being able to get to the booking page, a basic connection around 5MB would be sufficient. It's all to do with their booking system being unstable.

As you said, appointments can appear at any time mostly due to cancellations/rescheduling by others. The best chance to secure an appointment is at at midnight.

I finally booked last night thanks God, its not internet issue from our side its issue on their side plus I assume a lot of people are trying to book at midnight thats why it gets slow. I was able to book through my mobile after abit of strugle to pick slot. I know it is really really frustrating but keep looking and don’t givee up as there is no other option. Hope everyone gets it on time and smoothly.

Also started working for me after midnight. Took about 10 minutes to eventually get through to see the time slots, but there seemed to be plenty available. Booked and paid.

Just confirming that payment went through. There was one slot for MON 24 SEP in Croydon but it was gone later when I clicked. Grabbed the slot for FRI 28 SEP.

Tons in B'ham were available.

Good luck to all and now I*m £3k poorer. Need to refinance when getting ILR to drive that interest rate down.

lucky u! ya, i can see few appointments still on in Fri 28th September! but I'm looking for the 1st week of Oct in Croydon! nothing showing up :(

Midnight for sure, I've noticed earlier appointments show up at 3pm as well but these have always been very flaky and disappear shortly after. I've heard reports of noon and 7am as well. Best of luck!
