Can a Citizen from different country apply UK Visa in different country

Hi All,

I couldn't find any information or advice therefore, I had to post this question here.

I am Nepalese and currently in Tier-2 (General) Visa and I'll be soon getting married to a Indian Girl.

My future wife will have Indian Passport and I am confused if she should apply from Nepal or India (VFS Global).

Would there be a problem if a Indian Citizen applied for PBS-Dependent VISA from Nepal or any other country. And similarly could she apply from India (VFS Global) even thought I am have Nepalese Passport.

She must apply from a country where she has legal residence, i.e. not in a country where she is a visitor.

If she is Indian, she can apply in India. Your nationality is irrelevant.

It means that she can apply from India and it doesn't matter where I am from but I am able to provide her my details which she will need in her visa application.
