eligibility for indefinite leave to remain

hi
i have a query about my husband's eligibility for ILR. he came to UK in August 2013. he then changed his visa to PBS dependent (tier 2) on 8/6/2016. is he eligible for ILR in coming August.

What visa did he come to the UK on in 2013?

As a PBS dependent, he needs 5 years residence ias a PBS dependent to qualify for ILR, which will be 2021 if he has held one since june 2016.

So no he cannot apply for ilr. He needs 5 years on his current visa category.
