I am applying for ILR on 5 year basis this week.I am sending the following docments along with my application:
Filing online SET(O) form as it makes life easy & you only need to fill relevant sections & will pay the fee online( So dont need to wait for acknowledgement & BRP letter to avoid wait time)
Documents to send by post:
Original passports
BRP original
Photographs
Life in the UK
MBA UK degree( Do we need to send it, at the time of extension i just tick the box 'provided at initial application'
Business activity:
one month business bank statement
HMRC corp tax filing letter dated April,18
Companies House CAR along with filing history
Employees documents:
FPS for 12 months( and 2 FPS extra showing employees start date)
payslips of 2 employees of 12 months each
Passport copies of both employees
Financing activities:
3 months payslips of director
3 months personal bank statement(daily saver account also showing saving too)
Now the question is
Does any document missing?
Do i need to send 'business marketing/promotional documents?
Is it required to send one set of photocopy of all documents(nothing mentioned on the online form)
I will appreciate your responses specially Marcnath & Zimba
The paper form says on one of the last pages that copies of all documents should be submitted.
