my mother's case potential FLR (fp)

Post by Seymour » Tue Jul 31, 2018 5:13 pm

Dear members
I read many forums and gained some very useful information for which im very thankful for all. However, my mother's case is rather exceptional. My mum is from Non EU country and requires a visa to enter the UK which she succeeded for years. My mother is 75 with numerous health conditions. 2 years ago she underwent cancer removal operation in London on private basis (all clear). Mum is currently in the UK but her health is getting worse. We found a single enlarged lymph node on her femoral triangle which is being investigated at this time again on private basis. My sister and I both live in the UK and hold British passports. We suspect that our mother also developed some psychiatric condition as she is kind of forgetful and has an unexplained sense of fear. It hurt so much to write all these about my mum. We cannot allow mum to go back to her country where she will be all alone with no help. I was consulted that we could apply for FLR which is stands for Further Leave to Remain. If anyone could please give us some information or advise my sister and I would be so grateful for very much. I would like to thank you all in advance.
