set LR continuity

I am in a bit mess with my ILR continuity. let me start from the beginning. I entered in the county on 07/08/2008 as a student. then I got PSW extension up to December 2012. Then applied for Tier 1 entrepreneur visa which was undecided till May 2014. I then varied the application and apply for tier 4 student visa. After I applied the college got revoked and I never received any 60 days letter from home office. I wrote them letter but they didn't reply. on April 206 they refused my application saying that my college is not on the list. I appealed in time. it got refused at 1st tribunal saying that as I had pending visa so HO doesn't need to give me any letter. It was my responsibility to get admitted into another college which I tried but couldn't show them any proof. anyway finally my appeal got refused at UT without any appeal right on 20.02.18. Then I did FLR (HR) application within 14 days. My lawyer told this is gonna keep my continuation safe as they do disregard 1 occasion. After I gave the bio metric for FlR i varied and applied for Set O on 5th may 2018. I am still waiting for the bio metric. My question is as I already used 1 grace period then can I apply for set LR before 28 days? or I should wait till 7th August. and Is it acceptable or they might refuse me.

i don't think you can apply SET LR as you don't have any valid leave to remain now (even your section 3C leave ended once your student visa refused).

And I wonder how can you make your living for 6 years since your |PSW visa expired.
