Will my visa be refused ?

Post by asingh42 » Mon Jul 30, 2018 11:45 am

Hi, I have been reading some of the posts regarding the rule that states financial documents have to be provided no earlier than 28 days prior to filing online application.

However, my issue is that some of my documents are actually dated after this period.

Date of online Application - 17/04/2018
Date of Biometrics- 09/05/2018

The employer letter is dated 07/05/2018 but they already contacted me regarding my employment and my employer.

The latest payslip was on 30/04/2018 but one prior to that is 30/03/2018 which is still less than 28 days prior to 17/04/2018.

I applied under category B so at least even if they take 30/03/2018 payslip into account I would still meet the financial requirement. The bank statements I submitted range from March 2017 to May 2018 in original, along with 12 month payslips ranging from 08/04/2017 to 30/04/2018.

I am so worried I contacted my solicitor and she said there is no such rule of that kind, can someone shed some light on as I am felling stressed. :(

I think the only solution for you to sit optimistic & wait & then update us. A generous caseworker in good mood may overlook it. But illuckily if they consider your desired date of payslip from 30/03/2018 then they might cover 11 months instead 12 months. But I will say you all the best.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Thanks for your kind words, I think my only life line is that between 17/04/2017 to 17/04/2018 I have earned above the £18,600 requirement as shown by my payslips up till 30/03/2018. I will report back whatever the outcome so as to help others in future.

What format to use to send email to UKVI?

Post by asingh42 » Wed Aug 01, 2018 11:14 am

Hi, today marks 60 working days for my non priority application and I received an email yesterday suggesting my application is not straightforward. I want to send an email to enquire and escalate my application so can someone explain this process?
