Spouse Visa Refused, any advice

Post by mno3mani » Thu Aug 02, 2018 10:41 pm

My wife has just been refused today over things which were already there with just letter from employer missing as i included contract and all payslips with all bank statement but the refuse causes where
1. No evidence or proof of divorce certificate of my previous marriage which i had submitted and it was there the decree absolute certificate of our divorce even when they didnt ask for it i did submitted it.
2. 9 payslips where submitted but they said 1 was missing which is january one which also was there but im sure they over looked it as they over looked the divorce certificate.
3. Letter from employer stating my employment status and my gross income which all was stated in the contract which i also submitted.
I have the right to apeal now and sent them what they already had but now they might not over looked them as they are few papers. But why this is happening my wife hasnt stopped crying yet. And im feeling gutted for all this. :x

In my opinion only if your employment contract is not older than 28 days from the date of application then might cover the need of employer letter otherwise a fresh employer letter must have been attached (I wish you had been reading the forum regularly).

Your other two refusal points seems like pointless because as you said that you have attached the necessary documents.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
