Help : Leave to Remain Visa Extension for Spouse & Child

Background, I am ILR holder (5 year route) and My wife & Child (Leave to Remain) Visa is going to expire in September 2018.

sorry if this is repeated Question(unable to find this thread),

1) Do i need to use FLR(M) for their visa extension ?
2) and do i need to fill-in 2 FLR(M) application for Visa Extension one for my wife & child or we can fill only one FLR (M) application ?

Please Advice & feedback much appreciated

2. One form for both of together. The form has a child dependent section.

- Do we have the document checklist to be provided for child extension ? Is birth certificate, passport & BRP ideal ?
- Wife visa : Prove Knowledge of English is UK Naric Certificate enough?

Please check the form and guidance notes, they list what documents are required.

NARIC is fine provided it is the comparable and ELA one.

What did she use for her initial spouse visa?

Sure, will refer the Guidance Notes. For initial Spouse dependent Visa (Applied in 2015) we produced the university certificate & Letter from college that says Medium is English.
