EEA 4 - Permanant Residence - Travel Alone

Hi my wife a non Eu National has just received her permanent residence Card - we applied after 5 years and completed the EEA 4

Can she travel now alone to France without me ? Does she need a visa ?

What nationality is your spouse??

If she normally needs a visa to travel to Europe, then she will still have to apply for a schengen visa.

However if she travels with me she is ok I guess ?
