Tier 4 - Requesting Change in Number of Part-time work hours

Hi!

I was granted a Tier 4 visa in late 2015 to undertake a PhD but it seems that the number of part-time hours I was granted on my BRP was only 10 hours maximum instead of the 20 hours max that I should have got. Now, given that the window for submitting for an administrative review has now long long passed, is there no other way of rectifying this issue without submitting a brand new BRP application? It would not be worth it to submit a new application especially since I am very close to completion anyway. Can anyone confirm that there is indeed no other way of resolving this issue without submitting a brand new application.

The deadline for correcting the work conditions error depends on whether you applied outside or inside the UK, but they have all now passed. See https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence- ... rt-problem

Since you are very close to completing anyway, any request to correct or replace the BRP would likely come through after you have completed, in which case the change or correction in working hours is pointless.
