Do I qualify for Residence Requirements?

Post by The Symbol » Wed Aug 15, 2018 1:24 pm

Hey guys,

Just wanted to confirm if I meet residency requirements?

Entered - 7 Sep 2007
PSW - 2 Aug 2010
Applied Tier 1 Ent - 2 August 2012
Refused - 7 June 2013
FTT - 15 Nov 2013
FTT Refusal - 16 Dec 2013
Applied to FTT for permission to appeal in UT - 23 Dec 2013
Permission Refused - 16 Jan 2014

Reapplied Fresh - 25 Jan 2014
Tier 1 Ent approved - 21 March 2014
Applied for Ent Ext - 20 March 2017
Approved - 5 July 2017

ILR (LR) - 14 Aug 2017

Question is do I qualify for this? - You must not have been here illegally in the last 5-year qualifying period.

That would be 15 Aug 2013 - 15 Aug 2018, if I apply today!

Considering all the appeals and reapplying out of time, though within 9 days of 3c ending!

I kept reading here that Immigration rules and Nationality laws are different so would be great to get some advice especially if someone has been in the similar scenario!
