FLRFP(Parent) premium service

Post by paracha » Fri Aug 17, 2018 2:44 am

Hi everyone, Im new to this forum, I found it very helpful, it seems members on this forum know a lot more than immigration solicitors who are ripping people off. I wanted to know if I'm eligible to apply for FLRFP(Parent) via premium service.
I got into relationship with a British citizen(UK born and bred) last year while i was an overstayer for couple of months after the refusal. we are expecting a baby in 2 months, in January i was advised to claim asylum to gain some time and once the baby is born we would apply for FLRFP, i was invited for the main asylum interview but i couldnt go because of my health so i wrote to the Home office and explained my situation and also provided the medical evidences, they accepted the explanation and gave me another date for interview. My current partner(less than 2 years) is from a different religious background and she can never live with me in my country because of her religion as well as because of the country her parents came from, she has been disowned by all her family because of her relationship with me and im facing the same from my family back home, now for her me and the baby is everything. could anyone please answer the following:
1: Can I apply for FLRFP via premium service once the baby is born?
2: If i attend the asylum interview and they refuse it, would they consider giving me 2.5 years visa because of the baby, without me applying for FLRFP and without paying the fee. (ive heard they consider 10 years route if the asylum applicant do not qualify for asylum or humanitarian protection, not sure if its true but this would be great as im struggling financially and cant afford to pay the visa fee and IHS at the moment), if they do consider it then how long do they usually take?
3: When i apply for FLRFP (either postal or premium), do i need to withdraw my asylum claim before applying for FLRFP?
4: Because i was an overstayer for about 2 months in 2016 and 2 months in 2017, do i need to wait 10 years for British citizenship even if i get ILR after 5 years (either via asylum, parent or partner visa),overstaying is considered bad character right)?
5: Do i need to take English language test for the first FLRFP Parent application? (my IELTS 7.0 has expired long ago)
6: Today a friend told me theres a new fast track visa processing system where they make decision within 2 weeks and they charge the same fee as premium, never ever heard of it before, is it true?
Thank you so much for taking time to read this, I'll appreciate if anyone could answer these questions please. :)
P.S: My immigration background: been in the UK for nearly 5 years, 1 year on a student visa, then 2 years on a partner visa(ex partner, no kids), the rest of the time spent waiting for previous FLRFP(Refused) and asylum application. Thanks
