2nd wedding registered abroad before decree absolute

Post by An520 » Thu Aug 23, 2018 1:35 am

Hi
I got re married in Pakistan in Jan 2016, my divorce from my first wife was completed in April 2017 (decree absolute). I am a British citizen, my daughter was born in march 2017 in pakistan with my current wife who has recieved her British passport in july 2018. Now I need to apply for my wife visa for uk what options to I have as I understand it may not be straight forward as I was not free to marry under uk law for spouse visa purposes. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks
