Topics Merged.

You have already been give advice about this, what more are you expecting, someone to tell you what you want to hear??

If there are queries regarding your sponsors licence, be prepared to pay premium fee for in person that will be held pending outcome of your sponsors situation and your app becomes a postal one.

Keep us posted re your ILR application.

I am similarly planning to take 1 week as "work from home" in addition to my vacation (abroad), and very keen to know whether it's allowed. No one seems to be sure...

Thank You Zimba :)
Well...actually previously one of my friends T2 (G) visa issued and the same co-license suspended on the same day!! he might be lucky....!!! So from experience, he and some other said there is actually no interconnection between HO regular visit and PSC centre information. They only have it if your license already suspended or revoked! Thats why I just wanted to have your opinion regarding the issue..No problem..Thanks again to reply.

Dear Zimba.

If the license gets revoked after the suspension then what are the option for me personally to appeal or go for judicial review as I submitted on time with a valid license for ILR after 5 years! Please, your expert advice will be highly appreciated.

Kind Regards

You cannot get ILR if the sponsor loses the license, regardless of when you applied. You better find a new sponsor

My passport is with home office! And my 6 years o T2 will complete next year July! So if this process of suspension to revoke to judicial review and all go beyond my passport expiry date then would I be able to get T2 visa with another sponsor or I shall look for a new sponsor now as my ilr is on hold by psc and license suspended!

I suggest to vary the current application to a new one before a refusal.

HO revoke the licence but I already submitted the ILR application before the suspension on PSC centre. As it was in 5 years route so definitely they will refuse the application!

If I explain my situation. I an independent full-time wheelchair user. I completed my masters here and working full time from last 5 years and paying high tax. As a physically challenged person, this country is very much comfortable for me regarding accessibility and all and that was the reason i am living here independently. My question is do I have any sort of ground to appeal with the human ground or anything. Experts, please guide me.
