Additional Travel Out of U.K Between Online Submitted Date and Appointment Date for ILR

Hello,

I have submitted my online ILR Set(0) application on 20th August 2018
I have taken a premium service appointment on 18th September 2018
I have made the £2999 payment towards the premium service.

Unfortunately due to personal reasons i have to go to India between September 4th and 8th 2018
Once i am back in U.K this trip will also be an addition to my Outside Travel Of U.K.

So my question is how do i put this in my application form as i have already submitted the online filled form with travel outside U.K for upto 20th August (starting from the five year duration).
Will a simple letter explaining this one additional travel outside of U.K (that is not present in the online submitted form) and may be the very same letter and Current Employer`s letter mentioning these dates be enough.
