Applying as dependants

Hi,

Good day. Would like to know what documents i need from my husband ( tier 2 general visa, a nurse A rated sponsor) if im going to apply myself and our daughter for a dependant visa. Is it ok if i will be the one to apply here in the Philippines or it has to be him as the main applicant. He started working in the UK last July and recently passed OSCE. How soon should I be able to apply for a dependant’s visa. We have more than enough savings here in the Philippines to support our application. Does he still need to establish his ownbank maintenance? What other documents should I prepare on my end aside from Bank Statements. I’d appreciate all information you could offer.
