Switching from Fiance Visa to FLR(M) Questions

Post by shadowfair » Mon Aug 27, 2018 1:11 pm

Hi all

Once you switch, do you have to pay nhs surcharge on the day or before the day?

Is the visa requirement same as fiance supporting doc with addition of marriage certificate?

Finally, could someone shed a light on flr(m) paper vs online please?

FLR(m) correspondence items needed

Post by shadowfair » Tue Aug 28, 2018 10:19 am

Hi all,

thinking about next step and switch from fiance to flr (m)

i have read the form and it needs 6 items of correspondence addressed to both over past 2 years or 6 each if it is not joint

considering fiance will be here less than 2 month when we switch, I suppose the form is one size fits all and it is refering to flr(m) extension. is that correct?

in which case, do I need to submit document for the past 2 month when fiance joins?

regarding what I can submit , i have plenty for my self but fiance will be struggle. What is your suggestion:

mine:

santader statement
lloyds statament
barclays statement
driving license
council tax
water bill
electricity bill

fiance:

provisional license
gp regustration letter
bank ( maybe lloyds)
council tax
tenancy
nectar and tesco card
maybe a credit card to build fiance’s credit ( capital one)
Try and add fiance to water utility and electricity but not sure if they will have two people name on the utility bill

are they ok?

two question, can fiance apply for provisional license on fiance visa?

can fiance be registered at gp ?

many thanks
