Spouse visa to ILR route- Confused if my wife can apply for ILR while we live in different addresses in the uk

Hi everyone, atm my wife is on spoouse visa 5 years route. We just recently extended her visa and now she needs to apple for ILR in 2.5 years. Atm we are living together at the same address and i am thinking to join the uk military in the next year so i might have to change my address at that time. My wife is studying atm and Cant join me untill she finishes her study. Can Anyone please give us some suggestion, if we can apply for her ILR without both living at the same address?? Is there any alternative??
Any suggestions will be very appreciated.
