Married partner of a British citizen and father of a British child

Post by Joe13 » Sun Sep 02, 2018 11:48 pm

Please could you offer some advice, I have been married to my British spouse for 6 years and we have a child however my spouse is not willing to support me for the renewal of my visa this time around, we still live together but sort of contemplating separation. Can I apply for my visa extension on The basis of being a father of a Child that is British and 4 years old??

Thanks
J

Not unless you are living separately from your spouse.
