Maternity Holidays

Hello,

Currently, i am on Tier1 Dependent and currently i am on Maternity Leaves and for support i want to go back to my country for months. As per my knowledge of total 180 days i shouldn't be out of country for ILR eligibility. But my query is in any way Maternity holidays are excecptional with this?

Please suggest !!
