Dear admin or other member of this group.

I got confused for my application . please help out if you can help me would be great help for my future application.

I m original from india ,came uk here 2006-2008 with student visa then done PSW.
2 years 2008 -2010
to be honest after that nothing application done by me.
just done further submission / FLRO / JR
Just spent money on lawyers which is still not work out.

Married with India girl with Indian passport in 2014 ), she recently got work permit for 3 years.( I have valid certificate)

and currently i m going for reporting - Home office.

My passport is expired and with Home office.

Lawyers said waiting from reply from home office after further submission .

So i m very confused what to do next..

I have 12 years finish on 15 September 2018 but not eligible for ILR on 10 years as no status.and not done right thing on right time.

If i put dependent visa on my wife, or any other application. ??

Please help me out for my future.

Not much you can do honestly. Your wife is also on working visa and you have no other connection in the UK so you cannot apply through private life.

As you have no valid leave now, you cannot apply dependent visa in the UK, you must leave and go back to India. I cannot see the HO can give you any discretion. Human right won't work because your wife can always choose to go back to India.
