Certificates (marriage and birth) validity

Post by fredericL » Fri Sep 07, 2018 6:45 pm

Hello,

I am currently preparing an application for the Permanent Residence document for me and my family.

I have a question about the certificates (marriage & birth).
The marriage certificate is dated from the day of my marriage (more than 15 years) and the birth certificates of my children have been issued more than 10 years ago.

My question is: is there a time limit for the validity of the marriage and birth certificates? For example, should they have been issued less than 3 months ago?

Thank you for your help.

Frederic
