RTI/FPS
Job 1 and Employee A is cont working since my extension approved in Oct 2017
Job 2 Employee B worked till April 2018
(which is 7 months)
Employee B in Sept 2018 who worked till June 2019 (which is 10 months)
New employee B in July 2019 (which is 1 months so far)
My question is how I am gonna send RTI/FPS as there is a break. Do I need to send the latest one e.g. for Employee A shall the send (July 2019 to backward till Aug 2018) ?
But how I am gonna send RTI/FPS for Employee B ? (Shall I send July 2019 then June 2019 to backward till Sept 2018 and then from April 2018 to backward Feb 2018) to cover 12 months
or Employee A RTI/FPS should be same as employee B ?
Please clear my this confusion
Really it’s not rocket science!
1. You don’t need the new employee B who has worked just 1 month
2. You have ample employment.
You just need to pick out the simplest 12 months.
I would do it this way
Job 2
Employee B(2)10 months corresponding RTI
Employee B(1) 2 months corresponding RTI
Job 1
Employee A- as continuing- will be covered in the RTI s above..
OR
send the entire lot of RTI FPS since ext approval to date..
coupled with any 13 payslips for JOB 1, employee A
Any 13 payslips for JOB 2, employee B(s)
