Hmmm... just state latest minimum wage then!
I think most of the people they sent cover letter with the application, I would like to mention docs which I am sending with application and my immigration history till date along with personal summary.
Something like that for claiming points.shb101 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 31, 2019 10:03 pmI think most of the people they sent cover letter with the application, I would like to mention docs which I am sending with application and my immigration history till date along with personal summary.
But my question is do we need to mention claiming points attribute ?
According to the guidance you must mention all wage rates during the period of claim. Its mandatory.shb101 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 31, 2019 9:30 pmtier11417 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 31, 2019 8:42 pm1) You get a link to download the consent form while you are filling the application. Some applicants miss that. However, you will also get a link to download AFTER you pay and submit your application that will be STEP 7 of the application i.e. “the further actions page.”Thanks
2) You must declare all wage rate changes. Some moderators are of the view that each wage rate change should be declared as a new period of employment. However, I just mentioned the latest one in the online form and mentioned the previous wage rate/s changes in the cover letter. Do i really need to mention this as I think it will make complications as they must know that hours are increasing so rate is increasing and one employee is getting minimum wage rate which was changed in April as per the law so I think they should know that rated changed due to Govt rate change in April
3) Mention the country visa refused and then state the exact refusal years in the reason section e.g. 2001,2003,2005,2007 etc Thanks
Will mention then in cover letter any idea how should I mention because just one employee rates changing rest on minimum and changes in April as per the law
What do you have to do with April changes?
Bit confused how to show break or rate changes in cover lettertier11417 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2019 1:47 pmWhat do you have to do with April changes?
You are required to mention ANY wage rate change during the period of claim and mention the correct dates for that.
The online form just allows to mention one wage rate. Mention the current rate there but give the rest of the breakup in the cover letter.
That is my understanding and thats how I did. Rest its your application so choice is yours.

“(c) Confirmation of the employment start date, job title, job description, hours paid per pay period and the hourly rate for each settled worker relied upon to claim points, including any changes in the hours worked per pay period or the hourly rate and the dates of those changes”I just checked but this requirement falls under the extension section again and ILR section starts from page no. 30 please confirm or any other member can confirm please

I haven't filled the online form but I would think it already caters for multiple wage rates. It is no different to entering different employees under the same job. You should be able to enter start date and end date for each wage rate under the job with the rest of the employee details (name, start date of job) being the same for each entry (as though each wage rate was a different employee)tier11417 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2019 1:47 pmWhat do you have to do with April changes?

Lets say employee A was hired from 1st Jan 2018 till 31st Jan 2018.
1st Jan 2018 till 31st March 2018 employee A was paid £7.50
1st April 2018 till 31st Dec 2018 employee A was paid
£8.50
The online form first asks about the JOB title and then the list of employees who fulfilled that JOB for 12 months. In the above scenario its only employee A.
So there are two options:
Option A: List the same employee A twice under the same JOB for two different pay periods.
or
Option B
List the current JOB rate on the online form and list the previous wage rate and specific dates in the cover letter.
I personally did option B for my application.
