1. Can take 6 months
2. Use the online application form and NDRS, you get to keep your passport
3. No impact, are there any special circumstances?
My comments do not constitute immigration advice, if in doubt consult an immigration adviser/solicitor

No there is no special circumstances.

But where I can get the help for application filling , Solicitors are asking for way too much money £700 to £1000 .

Kind regards

Read the AN guidance notes and separate booklet. Search the forum. Ask your questions herr on the forum.

It is not a difficult application to make.

Thank you for your response , Just wanted to know if application is refused due to any fact or reason .Is there any effect on ILR ?
Applying through NCS will let us travel once application under consideration ?
Many thanks

No, unless there is some deception etc you have used in previous apps, then yes there is a risk but this is rare.
Applying through NCS will let us travel once application under consideration ?
Or NDRS yes, this is correct.
