COA not received

Hi,

Below is my timeline. Since I submitted BRP detail no sign from HO. It will be 3 weeks ;-((
I am really frustrated as I have no Idea why no COA.
As a read here, we should waith 21 days(is that working days or proper 21 days?
If i submitted on 17/09/2018 then when shall i email them that I have not received COA?

Just hoping We will get it as soon as possible as it is really worrying this waiting and not knowing what is wrong(if it is at all)

For your statistics: we submitted biometrics, for 2 family members out of 5 applying, on 15/09.
(we have 3 EU passports and 2 non-EU passports; applied via ESPC on 6/09).
And so far we only received COA for 1 family member (one of the 2 who had to do biometrics), dated 26/09.

Is the email confirmation sent out to all applicants?

If an applicant uses a lawyer will it be sent to the lawyers email or applicant's email?

If u have lawer then not your email your lawer email they send

Same documents i sent when i applied for ROR 2years ago .i just top it up with m treaty right 5 of my P60's but not her ID . im sure they will refuse me for no ex ID .

Hey hopefully thay give u my friend.i send my ex 5P60s 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 but no wages slips in this 5 years.and divorce time 6 wage slip and idd card

You can request the CoA at:

Tell them the info on your application - name of applicant, date of application, case ID, etc.

Hello guys I applied for PR on 29th September. I didn't even receive confirmation email as it's a week now . But I don't think you guys should worried about COA . I wouldn't bother about COA or unless it's important . So no email confirmation yet just payment taken . Let's hope . I only send my wife PR so no p60,70 or 80 .... PR , 5 years joint statement ,5 years joined tenency ,marriage certificate, passport size pic of me and my wife. Daughter british passport ,wife pr and passport. I hope this all enough . I didn't send her work history and I hope her PR is Enough . Anyone can share their experience same as my situation .
