SET(M) - Is this timeline okay and few questions please.

Post by Anthony2 » Sat Sep 15, 2018 10:56 am

Does this timeline seem okay for Category A?
Started new employment 30/04/2018 with BRP expiring on 09/11/2018.

On 30/10/2018 I will have been with my current employer for 6 months with the October payslip (number 6) being payed on 26/10/2018. Then ask my employer for the employment letter on 01/11/2018.

There would not be long to get the bank statements so could I order them straight after my October payslip to get a head start, even though I would not have been with my current employer for 6 months yet. Lloyds are very picking about printing statements in branch.
As a backup I also get 3 monthly postal statements, the last one dated 2 August, covering May, June and July. If the next one in November is posted in time, covering August, September and October then would they both be okay together to cover the previous 6 months, even though the first 3 months will be dated 3 months ago?

Also for Section 13 - Consent section I've just filled in the applicant details, we have no joint accounts or letters so the sponsor would not have to be listed would they.
We also live with my parents and pay them money just for bills, so would they have to be listed under third party? We weren't planning to.

I'm getting more stressed as the time approaches to apply for Indefinite Leave

Can someone please confirm if the above is okay.

Is it okay to have the last 3 months bank statement dated with 28 of applying and the 3 months before that dated 3 months ago?

Also would Section 13 be okay with just the applications details filled in to cover bank statements supplied as correspondence evidence.
