Dear All
My son holds a Residence Card and can apply for Permanent Residence Card at the end of next year. The question is:
As I hold a DCPR for more than 2 years, if I apply for citizenship will he lose the right to apply for PR through me or the EU law is valid even though I would be British?
Lets suppose nothing changes with Brexit.
